Originally from Nebraska, Chad has lived in Jackson since 1993. He has twin boys – William and Henry. Together they enjoy skiing, boating, fishing and all things outdoors. As an active member of the Jackson Hole community, it’s common to see Chad around town.
When Chad is not with his boys, he is helping his clients develop sound strategies through an individual approach tailored to each client. He believes that the best investment plan is one that fits a client’s financial needs into the larger context of their life, their goals and their priorities.
As a Director and Co-Founder of Wind River Capital Management, Chad prides himself on exceptional service, exceeding expectations, and providing personalized, knowledgeable advice. He was raised on a farm in Nebraska where he learned the importance of honesty, hard work and integrity—values he brings to work with his clients each day.

Cody is a lifelong resident of Jackson Hole where he takes every opportunity to venture outdoors with his wife Shauna, daughter Amelia, and son Callahan. When he’s not with his family or at the office, Cody helps his family run their cattle ranch and beef business. He also spends many volunteer hours as the Chief Advisor of Teton County Search and Rescue, where he’s always on call helping people who are lost or have been injured in the backcountry.
As a Director and Co-founder of Wind River Capital Management, Cody helps families and institutions with their unique financial needs. He specializes in asset management and works closely with a team able to handle all types of complex financial matters. Cody was named by Barron’s magazine as one of the top 1,200 State by State Advisors from 2015-2018. Cody was ranked #4 advisor in Wyoming in, 2015, 2017 & 2018, and #5 advisor in 2016 by Barron’s for the top 1,200 Advisors*.

Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Don has called Jackson home since 2006. He is a proud husband to his wife Shea, father to daughters Ramsay and Charlotte, and a dog-dad to Roo. Don is passionate about the outdoors and spends his winters skiing and snowboarding and summers camping and boating with family. Don is also very active in the local community. He is a team member of Teton County Search & Rescue (TCSAR), a volunteer group that provides emergency search and rescue services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout Jackson Hole and the Teton County backcountry. He also serves on the Board of the Teton County Search & Rescue Foundation, a non-profit that assists TCSAR volunteers through direct support, community education, and advocacy. Don is also the Treasurer of Friends of Pathways, a Jackson, Wyoming non-profit that helps build and develop a safe, connected system of pathways, trails, bike lanes and sidewalks throughout the Jackson Hole community.
Don graduated summa cum laude from the University of Vermont with a focus in finance. He holds his Series 7 and 66 and worked in private equity for 10 years for a successful real estate investment firm. As a Financial Advisor, Don is passionate about forming long-term relationships with clients and developing creative financial solutions that exceed their expectations.

In the industry since 2012 and with the firm since 2015, Jamie takes pride in calling Wyoming home. After falling in love with the Tetons as a child on a business trip with her dad, she did not feel at home again until she made her way back. She enjoys gardening, hiking, boating, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son Walter and daughter Adelaide.
When she’s not exploring the great outdoors, you can find her in the office looking after clients’ accounts. Jamie is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS™). She also holds her Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses and enjoys placing orders, problem solving, and providing investment advice. She is well versed in everything from helping clients develop an asset allocation strategy to meeting their long-term goals and prides herself on exceptional service.

Originally from Georgia, Kenson moved to Jackson weeks after graduating from the University of Georgia for the “summer” and fell in love with the mountains. Ultimately, she decided to stay. Kenson brings a vast skillset of client service to the team after spending years in real estate. She enjoys and thrives on building personal relationships with clients. Just like she enjoyed helping clients find the right home, she is looking forward to working with clients on their long-term investment goals.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Kenson hiking in Grand Teton National Park or floating down the Snake River with friends. Like many, she has fallen in love with all that Jackson has to offer and she’s really enjoyed exploring new hobbies and all things outdoors.
