Originally from Nebraska, Chad has lived in Jackson since 1993. He has twin boys – William and Henry. They enjoy spending time together skiing, boating, fishing and all things outdoors. He is also very active in the Jackson Hole community.
When Chad is not with his boys, he is helping his clients develop sound strategies through an individual approach tailored to each client. He believes that the best investment plan is one that fits a client’s financial needs into the larger context of their life, their goals and their priorities.
As co-director and founder of Wind River Capital Management, Chad prides himself on exceptional service, exceeding expectations, and providing personalized, knowledgeable advice. He was raised on a farm in Nebraska where he learned the value of honesty, hard work and integrity—lessons that mix well with Wyoming’s own brand of rugged individualism.
Cody is a lifelong resident of Jackson Hole where he takes every opportunity to venture outdoors with his wife Shauna, daughter Amelia, and son Callahan. When he’s not with his family or at the office, Cody helps his family run their cattle ranch and beef business; and spends many volunteer hours as the Chief Advisor of Teton County Search and Rescue, where he’s always on call to help people in trouble.
As the Co-Director and founder of Wind River Capital Management in the heart of Jackson Hole, Cody helps families and institutions with their unique financial needs. He specializes in asset management with a team able to handle all types of complex financial matters. Cody was named by Barron’s magazine as one of the top 1200 financial advisors in America from 2014-2018. Cody was ranked #4 advisor in Wyoming in 2014, 2015, 2017 & 2018, and #5 advisor in 2016.

Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Don has called Jackson home since 2006. He is a proud husband to his wife Shea, father to daughters Ramsay and Charlotte, and a dog-dad to Roo. Don is passionate about the outdoors. He spends most of his spare time in the winter skiing and snowboarding. In the summer he enjoys boating on Jackson Lake as well as mountain biking. Throughout the year Don is very active in the local community. He is a member of the Young Professionals of the Tetons, an organization which provides networking and growth opportunities for accomplished and aspiring young professionals in the area (Don was one of the organizations original founders). Don is an active team member of Teton County Search & Rescue (TCSAR), a volunteer group that provides emergency search and rescue services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout Jackson Hole and the Teton County backcountry. He also serves on the Board of the Teton County Search & Rescue Foundation, a non-profit that assists TCSAR volunteers through direct support, community education, and advocacy.
As an advisor, Don works closely with his Wind River colleagues to provide exceptional service and help families and institutions reach their financial goals. Don graduated summa cum laude from the University of Vermont, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in finance and entrepreneurship. He is a Registered Representative holding his Series 7 and an Investment Advisor Representative holding his Series 66. Don worked in private equity for 10 years where he developed a wide range of investment experience and led branding and marketing initiatives for a successful real estate investment firm. Don prides himself on exceeding expectations and enjoys working with his associates to develop creative strategies for clients.
Originally from California, Jamie has called Wyoming home since 2012 when she moved here for a summer job in Moose, WY and never left. She loves the sunshine, and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband Paul and son Walter, gardening, hiking, hunting and boating. When she’s snowed in, she passionately focuses her energy on her love of cooking, exploring new recipes and ingredients.
As much as she appreciates being outside, she genuinely loves what she does here at Wind River Capital Management. When she’s not exploring the great outdoors, you can find her here in the office looking after clients’ accounts. Jamie holds her Series 7 and 66 and is registered to give investment advice and place orders. As a Senior Registered Associate, she helps clients build and maintain their investment portfolios. She is well versed in helping clients develop an asset allocation strategy to meet their long-term investment goals and prides herself on providing exceptional client service.
Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, Lizzie moved to Jackson in 2016. Lizzie is a proud dog mom to her lab, Gouda, and enjoys any outing with her endlessly energetic four legged companion. Lizzie is deeply passionate about the outdoors and the community living within the shadow of the Tetons. She spends her spare time fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the water-rich public lands that the region has to offer. Lastly, Lizzie’s love of the local food movement leads her to volunteer with Hole Food Rescue and sit on the Board of Directors of Slow Food in the Tetons.
